I manage to get the other two going, one by deleting left over folders and registry keys, and the other a system restore point then uninstalling crm 2011 and then install crm 2016 for outlook The 3rd user, i can't do a system restore (machine issue) there has to be another way I can get this installed

Jehanzeb's solution will give you a list of accounts that have appointments linked but not completed in the last 6 months I believe you are asking for a list of accounts that have no completed appointments in the last 6 months

I recently had implemented the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4 0 for a client, the CRM application is working perfectly from Internet Explorer externally but the CRM 4 0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook is not getting configured at all

I am using Office context mailbox item saveAsync method for saving a draft email This method returns itemId which I later use to make call to the EWS server to retrieve the email eml content, but the returned eml content is missing some of the attachments This is only happening on the Desktop App (Outlook 2013) with cache mode enabled, when using Outlook on the Web it works correctly

The only way I can see the text to the right is to click on th etext and drag the mouse to the right In IE 9, the scroll bar shows without obscuring the text, so it's possible this is a Firefox problem Firefox does show the horizontal scroll bar when necessary on multiline code blocks, it seems to be missing only on single line blocks
