true it isn’t particularly safe if you don’t have half decent computer security (VPN, a good anti-virus) I mean your ultimately clicking on random links that don’t have any of the protections and responsibility more reputable sites carry In terms of legality it would depend a lot on what jurisdiction your in and what the actual gore content of the videos your watching is
