Those laws are implemented in regards to shooting geese and ducks feeding in feed lots used for livestock There is a lot better advice on the issue coming from the midwestern states where there are a lot more interactions between waterfowl feeding in feedlots and hunters trying to find a legal way of pursuing those birds
