Weakness and trembling after even slight exercise, is this normal? I don't know if this is normal or not I used to work out for a few years but this is many years ago I had to stop working out cause I had chronic pain in knees and shoulders Since then I didn't do anything sportswise I'm fragile somehow and my body cannot tolerate much I must say that I have always been weak and skinny even as a kid
