GitHub hosts many different kinds of projects and we can't tell you whether it is safe or not The intended audience is developers, so people that want to look at the source code, make modifications or somehow use it That all being said it seems a somewhat popular project, the best you can do is ask the author or in he community for that specific project Given I found one of the "correct

In there just change the configs as you see fit and hit "Restart TaskbarX" to see how those changes you made look Once you're happy just close it and it should be fine Also, don't forget to create a Taskschedule on the Startup settings in case you want TaskbarX to run automatically whenever you log into windows

I am using Linux more as of late and I still interchange between it and Windows (out of necessity) I really enjoy all of the things I can customize on Linux and it has admittedly spoiled me On Windows, I use Open-Shell, it is a Start Menu replacement and suits almost all of my needs I am seeking a comparative piece of software (or as close as possible) for the Task Bar I am well-aware of
