What a great resource glad I found this community I am creating a time off calculator for company I work for We use a pretty standard PTO methodology that gives employees 2 days annually as "Personal Days" on the anniversary date with additional PTO being accrued on a weekly basis

Hello, I am trying to calculate vacation (PTO) for employees based on hours worked Our pay schedule is bi-weekly The vacation (PTO) policy is as follows - if they work 80 hours or more they accrue 3 33 hours per pay period and if they work 60 hours or less they accrue 1 66 hours per pay period
