The Good guys Commercial is good for pricing, but they don't have any where near the same range They're a separate division of the company as well, the stores themselves aren't always that friendly when you go in to pick up your goods as they're missing out on their sales and mark ups

I bought a Dryer from the Good guys on Nov 3 Unfortunately when it arrived I realised I had accidently ordered a washing machine (Doh!) I messaged them right away and they sent me a form to fill out to get it picked up and get a refund (30 day return policy) I didn't even open it so all good there But since then its been a nightmare

Yes, I think the Good Guys are now owned by JB-Hifi Going from memory JB acquired GG roughly 5 years ago I don't remember GG's former structure, I think it was some sort of partnership arrangement opposed to a franchise However it worked, an acquaintance was far from happy with the way he was bought out
