That solution didn't work for me, so I went through numerous calls, texts and chats with UPS in order to identify the issue and fix Thought I'd share in the hope it helps others In my case, the issue was that the MyChoice account had a main email of a very old work email, with the back-up email set to my current gmail address

When we go to UPS com we get this Access Denied page I have tried from multiple different computers and different browsers on multiple computers, and get the same result

Once there, if you pick the login support from the options, it redirects you to tracking support who tell you to call 1-877-289-6418 for login support, but you can ask them to transfer you to login support instead

So I signed up for ups mychoice because I'm having an issue with a delayed gun I filled out the info and signed up I received the email telling me that I am now a MyChoice member, with a link to log into ups com and start using its features But when I log in, and try to use any MyChoice features, it says I can't use them until i become a MyChouce member Then it kicks me to the signup form

6:35 PDT now and UPS Access Denied message still occurring I started trying to log-on yesterday evening after I tracked package and saw it delayed (again) and that UPS would be delivering while we are out of the state I just want to change delivery address via MyChoice but no joy
